Sa pagkakaalam ko, di na naman need ang exam unless gusto mo ng added points from french language sa initial application. Pero you'll have a better chance of a good outcome sa interview if you speak good French. Hehehe... kung tutuusin yun rin naman ang gagamitin mo dun so really need to learn...
