Not sure about it.. but if it helps.. my DD was encashed on 7th November as per mail from CIC. I am 28th july applicant. As per this yours must be already negotiated. In a week or two you should receive your PER soon. Currently 30th July applicants getting their PER.

Keep the hopes high... it will be soon mate... it will be today if not well before next Tuesday... I received mine just last night.. i am 28th July applicant.. Don't bother to check DD.. bank people never give you right information.. May be system doesn't let them give you right information...

Thanks mate.. yes it is.. its just long wait.. and mainly its not online process to see wats happening with your application. . Its completely hard copy based and you have to get it right at first.. and later you don't have merely any chance.. hope with express entry they make things better.. :D

Wow... I am usually connected to my mobile network, or wifi. whichever is available. and my mobile is 24X7 switched on... very rarely it happens mobile battery is dead and it gets switched off... Last night.. battery was too low and was crushing some candies... Obviously mobile got switched...
