I have raised a case specific enquiry couple of times for my study permit delay but no response from them. Any perticular reason that i am not getting any response.. There was a optional field to fill in File no. I filled in my application no. Present in online status checking page. Not sure...

I tried to contact them through this above mentioned link but no response. What is actually File #: ?

Applied online on 25th Sept 2014 no responses yet.. Delay is really annoying.. probably they can either reject or approve on the specified time but hoping is a real pain :(
