Hello guys, So i finished collecting all my papers to apply to CIC, except for the ielts test.. it is scheduled for 6 dec 2014 being the soonest and that means i cannot mail my aplpication before 19 dec 2014 and that is risky. Is anyone of you have an idea if there is a work around this...
