My wife didn't change her name so there was no additional PCC request. If ur wife's name is the same in application passport and pcc then why was a affidavit sent.? Psk will only issue on current name which is on passport to my knowledge.

Hi bkss, You are referring to two different docs here. The medical report I'm referring to is a sheet which is given to you after the test to prove that you have completed the test. It will have some basic information about you which will include ur photo ,doctors name etc. This is not a report...
