i just wonder if you guys too have PR confirmation on hold until arrival in Canada on or before a specific date from SA. does it mean, we surely get the visa earlier, or there were times, PR application is re-filed due to delayed/denied Visa. thanks for the insights. Im hoping to fly this month...

i actuall did not receive any email/invitaion from COA, and so i did register for the orientation. my schedule is on Nov 13. All I am hoping for this event is to have a chance to inquire for visa update, if PP will not be returned until next week :(

We've received reply from CEM regarding PP/visa status last Oct 21. They just confirmed receipt of PP and that the application is in the final stages of processing. But they cannot commit for a specific timeframe for its finalization. its been 10 weeks of waiting for my visa since my husband's...

ganyan din.. Mine is valid till March 2015. Yung applocation kac ntin is sabay sa asawa ntin.. I assume ung family class application ng iba dto ay hindi sabay sa principal sponsor. So they can monitor theirs in ECAS and validity is specified in their visa.

In the email sent to my husband, informing him the approval of his PR application and request of my PP, the date of validity of my PR confirmation was indicated. I have to arrive in Canada before the date, else we have to reapply. :)
