No wonder you got through so quick. I didn't send PCC with application. However ive since done it. The probably sidestepped the background Check for you. I'm still hoping for the best. I did send in a lot of extra stuff too. Hopeful

Sorry to say but it seems you will not be in the cap. If you qualify for another NOC please send another application ASAP with supporting docsincluding original ECA and IELtS

I totally agree. I learnt some things from this forum as well. After I received my PER I felt compelled to add it to the SS and try and assist others just in the same way the forum helped me. Keep it up. Well run forum

We have had instances (last week for eg.) where individuals got PER on a Saturday Canada time. This may Fall on a Sat or Sunday in India. Generally though PER is given during week. Hope this helps
