My timeline is very similar to yours, but I am still waiting for the PPR. My status changed to "In Process" on Nov 13, 2014, and it has been nearly 3 months. I ordered notes on Nov 28, it seems egibility has passed, but Criminality is in process. The waiting is killing me.

I have very similar situation as you. I submitted my application in March 06. My second son was born in May. So I sent a copy of my son's birth certificate to CIC in June. ME done on Sep 29, and MER on Oct 7. RPRF on Oct 28. In process since Nov 13. Hope the PPR will come to both of us soon!
