I was out of status. I applied for PR. I left Canada for 10 days, came back, and was stamped in as a visitor for 6 months. Does that change my status on for my PR application?

I think my lawyer opted for the inland as at the time I was out of status. I had over run my visitor visa. However, I now have a visitor visa stamp till April, so that might change things.

Thanks People. If I withdraw, I assume I loose my fees and have to start again? Could the Inland advice been because I had let my visitor visa run out and was out of status? I will have all my info with me, and proof of ties, and of my application.

Applied Inland as my lawyer said it was the best way in my circumstances.??? So If I leave my Inland application in, It will cause me a problem getting back into Canada?
