So this is my situation... My lawyer says she sent my photocopy of passport and 2 pictures to cic on the 18th and it reached cic on the 19th. Since then, I haven't heard anything from cic so yesterday I insisted to my lawyer that I wanted the tracking number of the shipment of my passport. Now...

No... is there any more ppl who sent the papers in Feb still waiting to hear back from CIC?? I´m seriously starting to get very worried about this.... My papers were sent Feb 18th.

I believe, from other ppl in the forum... That when you call cic to ask for the status and they open your file to check... They are not able to know if the package was received or not. What I mean is that the file will show that the last step on your application was that cic sent you an email...

Cic got my passport on Feb 19th...still waiting for my tracker to be activated guys... I guess we gotta be patient once again... :(

Just today it's been 3 weeks since cic received my passport... And still waiting!! Is there anyone else who's passport got there by the 19th or before and is waiting for the tracker to be activated as well?? This is so disappointing...

Yeah, yesterday... They said that last thing they can see is that they sent me the email asking me to send my passport and pictures... So i guess my package is still there waiting to be opened...

And one more day without news.... Come on cic, it's been almost a month since I sent my passport!! :(

Nope... Still waiting... They got my package on Feb 19th!!someone in the same situation as me, got his tracker activated yesterday... So I'm really expecting to get mine activated today!!!! :)
