I got my WES evaluation report for FSWP credential assessment which states that my degree''s canadian equivalency is Three years of post secondary study at a non-recognised institution. Does this makes me ineligible to claim points under FSWP? Please help.

hi I GOT MY WES CREDENTIAL EVALUATION DONE AND IT STATES MY DEGREE'S CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY AS 3 YEARS POST SECONDARY EDUCATION FROM NON RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY. DOES THIS MEAN THAT I CANNOT CLAIM POINTS FOR EDUCATION UNDER FSWP?
