Does anyone know how long it takes for CEM to reply to emails? I have been waiting for 10 days already....

Still waiting for CEM to reply. Been almost 10 days since i sent them an email requesting the attachment that was supposed to be there. I dont know how long it usually takes for them to respond to their emails. I will send it in if it gets to close to the 45 days they have given me to submit...
