Yes that's it. We sent our application on Feb 2014 & received the CSQ Request on July. No, we didn't have to call them to inquire it. CPC-M sent the request to my spouse by email.

Hi, Yes we are ! And yes we receive the request in July, 2014 and MIDI sent the CSQ to CPC-M on August 20, 2014. But CPC-M doesn't treat it still.

I don't think that will speed the treatment. Perhaps, they will treat this information 3 times including twice for nothing. Perhaps, it will slow the treatment because they will have to check 3 times the same docs. Mail : will probably in a month and it will be touched by many people before go...
