To pay CES, thru CC, can we use anybody else's CC (of course with his consent) ? On the pg-5 of CES Form, below the CC #, CC-Holder's signature is also required. I don't suppose, that CES will use/verify CC-Holder's signature for charging CC. So can we do any "xyz" sign in the signature field...

R u sure that HEC-Karachi is verifying / attesting just as HEC-Islamabad, ie. rubber stamping with a certain stamp # etc 2ndly is HEC-Karachi's attestation acceptable to WES (Canada) / ICAS, as both require HEC attestation from HEC-Islamabad ? Kindly enlighten
