Hi Preetiv, I have a travel history to Europe.... I went twice on company purpose but stayed 2.5 month one time 1.5 month the second time.... so in total i stayed only for 4 months.... Will this make my process slow.... I got re-medical request on 17th aug, 2015 and i got it done on 19th aug...

We no need to fill any form.... take the re-medical requested email, passport size photos, reassessment form and passport to the hospital they will do the rest.... Good Luck....

You no need to take that IMM5419 form..that will be done by panel physician only.. they will send all the required forms to delhimedical i can send you that reassessment form if you need..
