thanks.. One more query, Local police station has not issued a single PCC of my wife. So i have taken two PCC, one is from her native place and other is from where she is staying right now. Is it fine?

Hello Guyz There is mentioned for PCC, from each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India. That means where ever i stayed in india more than six months from there i have to take the PCC?

thanks for your reply but there are columns: Client DOB, Client Id, Address, Postal Code and Telephone Number. UCI number will be enter at Client Id column.. Where to enter the name There is also one more column Name but at this column the name of his frd is showing.
