When I sent my fingerprint cards, I sent three copies with two retabs (highest number of retabs you can use per page) on each page. I would recommend you send more than one card for back-up purposes. As my background check results came out successfully I assume it was a right decision!

Hi Kamsterr Send out your application if you haven't yet done so. My application was approved and now I'm requested to send them the PCC, filled out promise of visa (POV) form and the passports. So, it's perfectly alright to send your application without PCC.
