my mp contacted them late 2014 and cic reply was don't contact them, they will contact me when they are ready so at this point getting my mp involved maybe is not such a good idea

my time is Applied in 08/2011 test 07/ 2012 RQ same day of test RQ return 08/2012 Call center said RQ was reviewed and approve in July 2014 and is waiting for ceremony this was confirmed three time by three different agents, the last time i called call rep said they are doing the final review...

Am confused the call center said that my file is under the final review could you explain what come next
