please help i sent my passports to the Canadian Embassy in Cairo since 20 days till now no news from their i sent 3 E-mails for inquiry and called them and i didnot get any info anyone know is it normal ?? and how can i contact them ??

i think they still work randomly i am 4 june applicant update with another pcc requested and sent in 11 february although i sent it before

dont worry mine had updated after 3 months

it may takes one week or 3 months mine updated after 3 months ,, still dont know the reason also i know 3 people at least the same situation and all finally updated dont worry and keep calm ,, it is normal

i sent an inquiry and they replied after 45 days telling me that their medical branch may take weeks or months to review medical >> what a stupid reply
