I am September 1st week applicant. I thing game over for us and we should forget FSW2014 and start preparing for EE2015

I applied on 1st week of september Noc2173 but as per cic update on 11th nov i found out that the cap is reached. how to know whether my app is received or not among the 1000 application ? I can still apply on Noc2171 which has around 550 applicants as per 14th nov update.. Should i go for...
