haven't been on this in awhile.... we have great news...my fiance received his PR on Feb 28th in Hamilton. Was a fairly easy process...the "interview" that is. The hardest part was waiting to be honest. Advice for applicants, make sure you read everything through and fill out everything...

We got news finally in the mail about our application that was sent april 2010. Fiance got another work permit and told that we were eligible (inital processing) - now waiting for them to go through everything and process it fully. So nice to hear from CIC about it; was starting to get worried.

Processing March....its getting close to April dates. Fiance and I sent ours back on April 16....next month or two. Its about time! Fiance got a letter in mail earlier this month saying his work permit won't be processed until the PR ones are processed so he's currently on implied status...

We sent our app at the beginning of Apr...not expecting to hear anything until the new year. Meanwhile, my boyfriend's working visa expired in Sept so we had applied to extend it before the expiry...still havent heard from that. Praying in the next couple weeks for that but right now he's on...
