My NOC is 1111

at this point of time any PNP is opened? which is covering 350 points? I know Ontario is opened but their req is to have atleast 400 points

Based on the topic can i claim 128 points?

If i summarize the above then it will be" 1: 4 years bachelors 2: one and one-half year of undergraduate study based on above two can i claim "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" i.e. 128 points? as it is mentioned on CIC website...
