I'm on the same boat. Mine was delivered on December 21 and I haven't received an AOR or returned application yet.

I finally received my PR card today!!! It probably arrived last week as I hadn't checked my mailbox for a few days. My card was issued on Dec 6, almost 4 months after I resubmitted my photos. It is the best Christmas gift for me this year!
