My advice would be to start collecting all the docs immediately.. Since you've already crossed 4 months, PPR might not be too far.. So u can inform them once you get the PPR email.. In the doc list, I guess only PCC & Marriage Certificate might take more time..

Thanks for confirming.. To add to it.. My spouse had submitted the passport today in VFS-India, I asked her to take both pics 35*45 & 50*70 just on case.. The VFS people took the 35*45 and said it doesn't matter whichever size.. We don't know what it means.. It just adds to the confusion...
