thanks laserhenna. actually im a cic client kaya mejo worried baka madelay ung per ko. ung address pala na nakalagay sa ecas is my home address and not the cic' s address. hoping to receive my per via my email.

i called up CIC call center number a while ago and luckily the agent gave me my UCI. I immediately checked on the ecas and it says "in process". When i clicked on the "in process" it says we have received your application on aug 27, 2014. what does this mean. HAve no PER yet. app received on aug...
