Guess, there are two situations where they can do like this: - All resources are diverted to finish the piled up applications hence not entertaining any customer interactions OR - Our files are not really moving or completely stopped working on them, hence no updates to share with us.

Yup. Staying positive. I guess we are lucky to have medicals requested and done as many seem to be waiting for medical requests for so long. My open WP expires by Dec 16th, Will apply for extension by September 1st week if I don't get my PR approved by then. Good luck to you too.
