    Thank you, Does that mean I apply for it by online/post and then once the visa comes through I then reenter Canada? OR could I just go across the border with all my paperwork and the IM1295 forms filled out and get it issued? Nearest border to me is to drive to Montana Thank you

    Hi Does anyone know if I can change an open work permit into a work permit with LMIA/LMO from within Canada? Background: I just came to Canada with an open work permit on the back of my spouses clergy visa = His has a visitors record with ability to work without a permit (IMM 1442B)...
