hmm thanks guys for the reply.. so i will just re submit my docs and check the box that i do not submit french test..? without french diploma? What happened to those guys who have the same case as mine? what you guys do?

they didn't charge they return the whole package and cheque.. and they said that i can re apply.. there's also a file no in the letter.. i dont know if bec i didn't check the tick box (form) indicating that "i do not submit french test" that's why they're asking for a diploma in french..?
