Does that mean all the people whose CC got charged are supposed to receive the acknowledgement email in the middle of Feb? Or did anybody receive that email already?

Somebody on a Chinese forum who had their application delivered on Jan 5 called cic yesterday morning. She was told that her application was completed. So there is a hope for people whose application was received on Jan5.

Congrats Xenon too! I called yesterday around 12. I didn't know that I could get the ranking so I didn't ask that question. But I did ask her if I made the 5000 cap, she said yes and she said mine application was processed on Jan12 and everything looks fine. It seems that they are not giving...

My CC got charged this morning. I called cic yesterday and they said my application was completed. Just for reference, mine was delivered to cic by UPS on Jan 2 at 12:35pm. I hope more and more people will see their CC got charged soon.
