Well said, however, i think the main crux is: would this venture affect his eligibilty for Canadian PR....could it be regarded as dual intent?

i know how you feel. Seniors in the house, quick question, does the ecas status ever change after a rejection application package return despite the fact that charges have been made. my point is at what point will the applicant know the chase is over... :)uote author=Saudi Expat...

Hi, New to this forum, a friend of mine's application was received on the 8th May...DD charged 17th July, but no PER....should he be worried. I plan to turn in my application later this week..
