Hi DonDraper, Did ICI requested new pics from your end? the only reason that they will request new pics , if the one you sent earlier is not clear or wrong dimension. I suggest you take a new pic first before you leave CAN to avoid inconvenience and let you spouse settle to re-submit to ICI...

Yes po if nag submit kyo ng medical 21 Dec 2017, visa nyo valid till 20 Dec 2018, 1 yr lang po. So better mag land po kyo ng CAN before your visa expiration date bec they will not allowed any extension.
