PER Received date December 15, 2014, Fee encashed date February 5, 2015. There was a delay on the fee encash because my they could not cash my bank draft but I later paid by Credit Card.

Hello all, Thank God, I received MR Request for my family and I on Friday 19th of June. Application was received on the 19th,August 2014.

ECAS - We received your application for permanent residence on August 19, 2014.

I am also interested in the response to this. Is MR dependent on PER date or application submission date. I applied since May 2014 but CIC claimed my application receipt date is in August, 2014. Payment and PER was in February 2015, and I am still waiting for MR.
