I renewed mine and raise a CSE to AVO immediately with copies of the data page. They acknowledged and included in my file. The new passport had a new passport number but stated the previous passport number so I guess it was a breeze for them. I got MR about 2 weeks after that.

Hello All.. After the Medical assessment at Qlife, do I forward the other documents (i.e. RFPF receipt, IMM 5669) to the visa office right away? Or do i wait till its uploaded on the eMedical platform in a few days? PH, your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
