Just received the email from my lawyer who resides in Toronto this morning. They received my passport and COPR back from CIC, and the documents has already been mailed back to me (I live in Vancouver). They sent my passport to CIC on April 5, btw.

Sorry, the day I received the request was actually Mar 7 ( the ecas showed CIC sent a correspondence on Mar 3). Did the fingerprints on 8th, took about 2 weeks to receive the mail from RCMP.

Hi everyone, I received the RCMP PC yesterday, does any one know whether I need to mail the original copy to CIC or just email the scanned copy? What they want mentioned in their email was really confusing... Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the help. Yes, my application was received on August 12th. ME has done on Feb 10 2016, and yesterday received a request to submit RCMP criminal report. Hopefully the entire process will be done before June 20, finger crossed!

Does anybody know if we need to hold a valid work permit when we do landing? The reason of asking this is my current work permit will expire on June 20, in case I can't get the passport back before that date, I assumed I would have to apply for BOWP... Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the encouragement. I already asked my parents to send the PCC to me, plus the fingerprints has already submitted to RCMP today. Hopefully I can submit all required docs to CIC by the end of this month.
