You have to wait... I also have UCI from my tourist visa, I was charged the 26th of July (12th May applicant), and could enter and read "in process" just 2 days ago...- Fons

Dear Forum members, I did something similar. I sent my WES ECA report for my bachelor degree, since at that moment it was easier to obtain all my certificates for this degree, and I had enough points already, and did not want to lose time . However, I am a Phd, and I mentioned it in my CIC...- Fons
