Hello Friends how can a person return to Canada if leaving out after landing first time and before getting the PR card? i know about the travel documents,but if they refused to give it ? does it mean, losing the residency? how people manage to get PR card while they are outside of canada...

Yes freind, the visa office is Abu Dhabi, usualy it takes 3 to 4 months to get the visa request, but finaly depend on the situation. you will get it finaly . goodluck

By Post My friend, you should provide P.O Box Number,and if you didnt,they will ask you to give them p.O Box,,so better you prepare one beforehand,and give them update it.
