any idea why we got left out from the bulk PPR email they sent on 24th July ?. Some who got decision made after us got the PPR email

App rcvd = 15 Nov 2013 In Process = 9 jun 2014 Decision Made = 6th or 7th July 2014 Yeah I checked junk emails Was this ppr email sent only for a certain batch ? May be based on their surnames ?

Does anyone know how was this PPR email sent. Was it only for a particular portion of ppl who got decision made ? I did not receive this email. I got decision made on 7th July.
