    Expiring PGWP - Same employer - LMIA or no?

    Thanks! But if my work permit expires while my LMIA is in process, can i still be working for my company? or will i be on implied status and so can continue working?

    If i am employed with an employer and i am under a 3 year PGWP, do i need an LMIA to renew my work permit or do i only need a new contract and a letter from my employer stating that s/he still needs your service?
