Hi nicmic62, Are you sure that CCs were charged for end of August applicants for NOC 2173 ? May be this news you got from some where. As far my observation, last application charged was August 12. Please let me know if you are certain about it. anupam

To be honest, the chances are very less that cap for 2173 would be open by Oct 16. However, I would suggest you to keep your docs for Canada Express Entry starting Jan 2015.
