Just wanted to give update - "Toronto BLS" do not allow walk-in for any service for some reason. Appointment needs to be made before you show up there.

Does anyone know If walk-in is allowed for Toronto BLS location (448 Lawrence Ave E Unit 6 A, North York, ON M4A 2V6) ? - For Passport Renewal Application

My Passport is expiring in Oct 2023. Can I Apply for Tatkal renewal along with adding my spouse name in passport? anyone done that ? I'll be travelling in mid April so thinking for tatkal option. Do I have enough time if I go for normal renewal application for Toronto jurisdiction?

RBC person hand wrote the missing part in DD and signed near it. It worked for me

I did walk-in for my child's OCI. BLS kept the Original Birth-Certificate(Long Form) saying Consulate will verify the document and will return it within 2-3 weeks. BLS will verify original passports and will return it to you on the counter.

It's same for my child's OCI . No mention of Country or Postal code in the last page. Is it same for other fellow applicant here ? Can few confirm this

OCI Status got updated "Passport Dispatched via Courier". It was "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping" an hour ago. Got the Purolator tracking number as well but it hasn't been picked up yet by Purolator.

Applied on 19th May through walk-in and got my original documents delivered at home on 31st May

OCI processed on 17th June but still no update on BLS Toronto about "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping". All I see is my previous status "Original documents Dispatched via courier" . How long does OCI takes to get delivered to BLS from Consulate ?

Mine got processed on 18th June on OCI portal and BLS (Toronto) still shows status last updated on 31st May Application Status Original documents Dispatched via courier Dispatched via Courier Hoping to see some update on BLS today .

- Remember to upload self-attested copies on OCI portal and Carry self-attested physical copies of all documents when going to BLS - Carry all Original Passports/OCI booklet + Child's Birth certificate(long form - includes parent's detail)
