Completed my Oath and got the certificate yesterday in person.!

No, I got this on Friday.

Received in-person oath from mississauga office for Sept 13th.

You should be fine. Getting Citizenship cert should not take more than 7-10 days max. Don't wait for appointment and just walk-in to any passport office and while applying, select travel within 2-10 days along with your tickets and you should get your passport before your travel.

Me too! Got the update for Oath on 13th September. No email yet.

Lucky! I got my LPP updated on 21st Aug and was told that my file was transferred from Scarborough to Mississauga. From what I read online, they are schedule ceremonies really late. Hoping to get an update soon.

Yea! Just got an update on my tracker that LPP is completed.

Just got an email from MP's office saying that the note was left on August 21st 2023 that the application is now in queue to be scheduled for the oath ceremony but IRCC is not able to confirm when the ceremony will be scheduled. No email or status update from IRCC.

It's a lottery system. They dont care about it. When they say "It's still under processing...", it simply means no one is looking at it. I have done everything I could....right from ordering GCMS notes, calling MP, raising webform, its still same information. I tried calling numerous times but...

Lot of them are in the same boat including me and then there are people who applied in April 2023 and got the citizenship in June. Beat that!

I honestly dont care whats the processing time for newer applicants but to tell the older applicants that, " Wait until 19 months, its still under processing time..." is pure BS! Apart from few who know that their file is complicated (read applicant outside canada, multiple citizenship, etc)...
