Hi All - Dave01 seemed to have this issue too but would really like some help. The Accra HC emailed us on July 8th to say the package is ready for pickup. We have sent FedEx 3 times to pick up the package and they were told that "it is not ready for pickup". Dave01 how did you get around this...
