    I sent mine through email and CSE and it acknowledged in few days..and I could log in with the receipt number.

    Pictures are not necessary, when I added my baby they only asked me to send the baby's passport and his birth certificate showing my name and my wife's name that's all and then refill some federal forms.

    I think you can. They have not requested anything from me yet but I paid my RPRF upfront and sent the receipt to them thru CSE and they acknowledged it within 2 days. I have also booked upfront medicals. Everything is possible with God.

    They do respond in within 3 working days if its a document they will need to update. I sent them my RPRF receipt and they responded in just 2days that they have updated my records.
