Any Idea when can a MPNP supporter support another application, If he has already sponsored one applicant ?. I mean how much should be the time between supporting another application ?

You can anyday be a primary applicant. However If Primary applicant is your Husband then you have an option to apply under Family Stream as his cousin is already there in MB. Your husband may need to improve on the IELTS score though.
