hello... any update on NOC1112? Did any NOC1112 applicant(app. received after 18th JULY) get cc/dd charged??? and BTW, does the refusal letter come through the e-Mail or just return with all other documents?

Hi Seniors, :D I'm a FSW 2014 Applicant to NOC1112(file received at 7/28/2014) I'm wondering if I can make it in the cap limit since it's already 741(10/10/2014) :o And btw, do I have to inquire of CIC about the progress of my file? or just wait? Thanks in advance for your reply. Regards...
