Today got PER email Application date 15 Sep CC Charged 30 Nov

Same with me. CC charged 30 Nov and still no PER. Sent email enquiry and still no response. Is this possible or is there any instance that CIC skipped the PER email? Or this is an indication of NER?

I have nearly the same case. My CC charged on 30 Nov 2014. I do not have any communication and no UCI. Should I enquire through email? Or wait only?
