You need to use Adobe PDF to view it. It is blank when I see it on my phone. It works on my PC just fine.

I personally don't think you need a transit VISA. And I found a link to back my claim. I remember researching this a couple of years ago. aircanada.com/en/news/110328.html

Are you going to the US? Most countries which need transit VISAs will allow you if you are going to the US. France needs transit VISA as well and I didn't get on since my flight was to the US with a layover in Paris. Have you checked that?
