Exactly , I was supposed to inform CIC which I did the issue is CIC came back saying its too late to add my spouse to my application. They did not say that it is cancelled .

Thank you for your replies ... My case is little different because I did inform the CIC about my marriage before landing , however CIC replied back that I did not inform early enough . they did not give any instruction after that . I landed on the assumption that CIC was OK for landing ...

Hi , I was denied landing and my COPR was not returned . The reason was I got married after I got my Visa . later I was informed by email that my application is cancelled . Do I have a opportunity to appeal this decision .

How do i do case specific enquiry . I am outside canada. I have already written to CIC but I have not recieved any reply .

thanks .. Since CIC has updated the status to inprocess . Can I atleast assume that CIC is considering the case and has not rejected it .

Just to clarify how the border officials knew that I am married is because I declared that I got married after landing . They just told me that they need to contact VO .
