I submitted my application on July 8th.It returned on August 12th August saying "supplementary travel " form is missing.I did not filled that document as i did not go anywhere outside my country of resident and country citizen. I have re submitted my document today along with the missing document.

No it is not passport. It is Supplementary Information – Your Travels (IMM 5562). As i didn't travel anywhere except my country of resident and country of citizen, i did not fill this form. But they requested me to provide this also.

Hi, My application is also is returned but they have stated clearly that supoorting travel document is missing. They have also highlighted NOC Code and number of working hours.It does not mean that it has anything to correct.They have simply highlighted for processing.

My application is returned with missing documents.Do i need to re submit the documents along with missing document or do i need to print complete application again and re submit with the missing document? They have verified all the documents and checked in pencil on the application forms...
