No you misunderstood. The "agent" I was saying is like a constitution that was supposed to apply my study permit on behalf of me. I have over them the required information and they should apply for me. But they in fact never applied it and they said they did.

I tried call CIC to speak to an agent today. It says "press 0 to speak to an agent", and I did, but then it says "the information you entered is invalid". Is there any problem with the system?

Of course it is more important to be ablt to return... But finishing school is also very important... Because if I do not attend this term's exams, I would have more than 10 WD's and therefore cannot continue to study and can not get a study permit anyways...

How does your institution know when your study permit expires? If he is lying, then he will obviously not sign anything like this... But I've taken pictures for study permit and I sent email to the agent. Can't this show that I was trying to apply?

I am now very afraid to speak to any locals about my situation using my real identity... I am afraid that anyone could tell the CIC about my situation and then I will be forced to leave and there would be no chance of coming back...

Yeah I realized that... but cant I explain the reason of why I let my study permit expired and overstayed? It is the agent's fault and I was defrauded. I really tried to apply to extend my old study permit.

But my term ends in August, and I paid a lot tuition. Can I go back to China as soon as I finish this term? And, is it possible that the chance of failure increases due to my current situation even though I go back to China immediately?
